What You’ll Do : · Serving as team leader for reconditioning.· Determining work procedures, preparing work schedules, assigning duties and monitoring work for accuracy and conformity with policies / procedures.

• Working with individual technicians as required to assess specific vehicles and determine detailing, painting, repair and other requirements.
• Providing technical advice and coaching.· Monitoring performance to ensure vehicles meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Reviewing and approving ordering and disposition of parts, supplies and materials.· Modeling safety behaviors and ensures technicians comply with all health, safety and environment requirements.
• Addressing and resolving issues escalated from technicians or customers.· Monitoring workflow processes and developing areas for improvement.

Who You Are : You’ve got an eye for detail and a knack for checking and cross-checking your own work as well as others’.

You’re decisive, respectful, and fair. You also have the following qualifications : Minimum : · 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience· Safe drivers needed;

valid driver’s license required. Preferred : · A high school diploma or its equivalent.· An associate degree, BA / BS or certification.

Drug Testing

Benefits

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
